From Survival to Self is a four week private container designed to gently unwind the patterns that were built in survival mode and reconnect you to your safety, your body, your emotions, and your truth.

  • Nervous System & Safety is about learning how to create true safety in your body and your life. You’ll explore what regulation and expansion actually feel like, how your nervous system prioritizes familiarity over happiness, and how survival patterns like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn quietly shape your relationships and choices.

    Through practical regulation tools and gentle self-observation, this lesson helps you build a foundation of safety first so growth no longer feels threatening and calm starts to feel familiar and accessible.

  • The Body as Oracle is about relearning how to listen to yourself. With a greater sense of safety in place, you’ll begin to understand how your body communicates through sensation. You’ll develop somatic literacy, learning to recognize the difference between intuition and conditioned responses, and gently noticing how your body guides you in real time.

    Instead of overriding what you feel, you’ll begin rebuilding trust with your body and allowing awareness to emerge naturally.

  • Transmuting Energy is about working with the emotions and energy your body has been holding. Rather than seeing emotions as something to fix or avoid, you’ll begin to understand them as protective responses carrying important information. You’ll learn how to safely feel, process, and move stored emotional energy without becoming overwhelmed.

    Through guided exploration, you’ll identify the needs beneath your emotions, gently release what’s been held, and allow your system to complete responses that were never fully processed.

  • The Power of Perception is about understanding how your beliefs shape your reality. You’ll explore the survival-based identities and perspectives you’ve been living through, without judgment, and begin to see how they’ve been influencing your patterns, relationships, and choices.

    From a more regulated and connected state, you’ll start to shift these perceptions and create new, embodied beliefs rooted in safety. Instead of forcing affirmations, you’ll work at the level where belief actually lives, within the nervous system.

Within 24 hours of purchase, I personally reach out to schedule your four weekly 60-minute 1:1 Zoom sessions.

Each session builds on the last, guiding you through a grounded, supportive process. Rather than jumping straight into change, we begin by creating safety in the nervous system because this is what allows everything else to unfold. From there, you’ll reconnect with your body, learn how to work with your emotions, and begin shifting the patterns and perceptions that have been shaping your experience.

Each session includes guided teaching, somatic support, reflection, and personalized integration based on what’s coming up for you in real time. You’ll receive instant access to six lessons within your private portal so you can deepen your work between sessions and return to it anytime after the container ends.
